Data Integrity & Privacy Policy

1. Commitment to Data Integrity

The BigClash Arbitration Division is committed to maintaining the highest levels of data integrity throughout the dispute resolution process. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and secure information related to brand protection and arbitration cases.

2. Information Collection in Dispute Resolution

To effectively process disputes, we collect specific data points including Evidence URLs, infringing entity details, and reporter contact information. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of investigating infringements and communicating arbitration outcomes. We do not sell or share this data with third parties outside of the necessary enforcement channels (e.g., registrars, legal counsel).

3. Security of Evidence

All evidence submitted through the Reporting Center is stored in a secure, encrypted environment. Access to active case files is restricted to authorized Lead Legal Arbitrators. We implement rigorous technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of arbitration data.

4. Data Retention and Neutralization

Records of resolved infringements and neutralized domains are retained in our Case Archive for a period of ten (10) years to assist in identifying recurring threat patterns. Once a case is archived, personal identifiers of the reporter are pseudonymized, while the technical details of the infringement remain accessible for threat intelligence purposes.

5. Jurisdictional Data Transfer

As a global entity, BigClash may process data across multiple jurisdictions. By submitting a dispute, you consent to the transfer of information to our centralized arbitration servers. We ensure that all such transfers comply with international data protection standards and maintain the integrity of the legal process.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Reporters and entities involved in arbitration have the right to request access to the data held by the BigClash Legal Chambers. Requests for data correction or deletion must be submitted formally to compliance@bigclash-support.site and will be reviewed in accordance with our enforcement mandates.
