Terms of Enforcement

1. Jurisdictional Authority

The BigClash Brand Integrity & Arbitration Portal (the "Portal") operates as the primary administrative body for the enforcement of intellectual property rights associated with the BigClash brand. By accessing this Portal or interacting with BigClash assets, you acknowledge the jurisdictional authority of the BigClash Arbitration Division in matters of brand integrity and dispute resolution.

2. Enforcement Jurisdiction

Enforcement actions initiated through this Portal are governed by international intellectual property treaties and digital commerce regulations. The BigClash Arbitration Division reserves the right to pursue neutralization of infringing entities across all digital jurisdictions, including but not limited to domain registrars, hosting providers, and social media platforms. Any entity found to be in violation of these terms agrees to submit to the arbitration process outlined herein.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All visual, technical, and creative assets hosted on bigclash.com and its authorized subdomains are the exclusive property of BigClash. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of "Midnight Purple" (#2E1065) and "Bright Violet" (#7C3AED) in contexts that may cause consumer confusion or brand dilution.

4. Dispute Resolution Protocol

Disputes submitted through the Reporting Center are subject to a formal review process. The Arbitration Board will evaluate evidence based on the "Authenticity Protocol" and "Threat Intelligence" standards. Decisions rendered by the Arbitration Board are final and binding within the administrative scope of the BigClash ecosystem. Failure to comply with a Notice of Neutralization may result in escalated legal action in the relevant physical jurisdiction.

5. Data Integrity in Dispute Resolution

All parties involved in an arbitration process must maintain the highest standards of data integrity. Submission of false evidence or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate dismissal of the case and potential counter-action for administrative interference.

6. Limitation of Liability

The BigClash Arbitration Division provides these services on an "as-is" basis for the protection of the brand ecosystem. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our investigations, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the administrative neutralization of infringing nodes.
